guppyfish Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 hello, well this may seem like a weird post, but im curious to know. my friends consider me to be quite kooky and diverse in the way i think and act and the things i say, i wonder if thats a reason for men to be put off or would some men find it endearing and intersting to be with a girl like that? or would they generally go for someone more 'normal'?
whichwayisup Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 Kooky as in quirky weird? I see nothing wrong with it, as long as you're a well balanced happy person. I'm sure those kooky moments you have just make you more unique. Can you give an example of why you think it would put men off?
JohnM Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 I prefer a girl whos more unique and doesn't change who they are to fit with the rest of the group. I'd only be put off if I thought the 'kooky' things were a bit peculiar.
SmoochieFace Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 Would you please define *kooky* for us? Thanks.

I'm also getting a vision of Ally McBeal wearing an appealingly wide-eyed expression and dressed in a cloche hat with a plastic flower in it, Doc Marten boots and a long, summery dress. Saying something deeply, dippily deep. Generalisation # 1 for you, Otter

MadDog Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 If kooky=insane, then no that's a turn off. I think a girl who's a little different is cool but if she's way out there, that's not cool cause it's that much closer to having a psycho girlfriend (and who wants one of those?) MD
