Hmmmm...this site will cause controversy, I am sure. Maybe even a few lawsuits! Is this legal?

I'm not sure what you're asking exactly and I do not know if its legal or not. I guess its a site for people to look up a guy they know and get details on them before possibly dating them. You never know about people these days, and I guess they can look and see if their potentail "dater" has been involved in anything illegal, or is cheat etc. Personally I wouldn't know how a site would have that info unless that person had been a crimnal at some point or something and they had their info. I guess its like doing a background check on someone type of thing.

this isn't a legal database of public information. it's random girls saying their ex-boyfriends cheated on them, showing their ex-boyfriends' pictures, and telling other females to avoid him.

personally, i would think it was slander or libel (whichever is appropriate, don't feel like taking the time to look it up now, you know what i mean). i am sure there is some loophole somewhere, but i would certainly think it would piss off enough guys to go after it and get it off the internet.

like it would even work. if a girl liked one of these guys anyway, all he would have to say was "yeah, i did cheat on her, but our relationship sucked. she did it to me too. i would never cheat on you." and the girl would giggle and twirl her hair and run off into the sunset with him thinking "haha, he didn't even like his ex-girlfriend. he likes me, and he'll never cheat on me."

so i don't really see the point. i guess it's just a form of revenge for the supposedly burned.

I guess it was more of a retorical question, if any. I just thought it was kinda interesting and wanted to share. I was watching the news last night and there was a small segment about it.

I think it's just a form of revenge on the woman's part. I mean, just cause he cheats with one girl, doesn't mean he should be labeled a cheater on the internet for thousands and thousands of woman to see. That seems a bit harsh and downright wrong. The woman posting these pics of these guys must be very immature. One side of the story is not fair.
