I'm finding it difficult to concentrate on my job and I get flustered whenever this person is around. I don't like how I'm reacting because this has never happened to me before and I need some tips before I totally make a fool of myself. I'm feeling really uncomfortable with my reaction because (1)We work together and (2)We are the same gender.
