unsafe Posted March 13, 2006 Posted March 13, 2006 I went out with this guy a week ago. Went on a real cool date to the improve had dinner and watched the show had a great time. But he keeps calling to hang out again but doesn't ask me out on a date. He wants me to go party with him and his friends at the bars? I just don't get it... He called me Thursday wanted me to meet up with him and his friends at a bar but I told him I was busy thats not a date? That shouldn't count and thats not how you get a girl to want to keep you around? He called Sarturday night wanted me to meet up with him. I didn't call him back. He called Saundya night at 11:30 wanted to know why I hadn't called him back. He said if I wanted to hang out with him to call him but if I wasn't into him to not call he would get the picture. So I called today and I am busy all week so my next day free is Saturday he wants me to get my girlfriends together and party at some bar Saturday night? What the hell? I don't get it? I said so you want me to come out and drink with you and your buddies and he said yeah and bring your friends. I just dont get it. It seems like he likes me but then why isn't he asking me out on a real date? Any suggestions?
qnmc Posted March 14, 2006 Posted March 14, 2006 That's actually probably a really good sign that he likes you enough to introduce you to his friends. As a guy, I'm actually a big fan of meet-ups like this. It takes so much of the pressure off both of us since we're in a relaxed, social setting where we don't have to entertain each other all night - it's a bit more natural I guess. Having said all that, I wouldn't bring a girl around my buddies who I wasn't proud of. Take it as a compliment.
