Extreme Anger toward my ex...normal ?

I am really worried at the moment. Indeed, a few days ago, I had a chat with a common friend of my ex and I. I kinda caught up on all she did the last 4 months since we broke up and foock I am dissapointed. I really feel upset, dissapointed, cheated. The girl I knew is not the one today. She seems like a coldheart bit...ch.

 

She has been with 2 guys since we broke up. I just feel like one amongst other that was here to fulfill her lack of affection. We stayed more than a year together and I only feel I was a spare guy when she needed attention and affection...

 

Help me to identify what I am, what I feel, What we were, What she was, What she is....SO LOST RIGHT NOW.

It's normal to feel anger. There's some sort of psychological reaction that takes place (particularly at a breakup) that causes a person to experience intense negative feelings towards someone that they have previously experienced intense positive emotions towards.

 

The fact that she appears to be "moving on" makes it all the more difficult.

 

Don't catch up on what she is doing. Cut her off from your life and try to move on.

Dude, you two aren't together anymore and she has every right to date other guys. Why did you two break up? I'd suggest trying to move on yourself instead of worrying about what she's doing with her life.

at first, i was angry that she left me for another guy, then realized things weren't going great with us and she found someone to be happy with, i can't blame her for doing that, i would if i was in her shoes. i got over that, but i coudln't get over the fact that she screwed me out of the money i loaned her. realizing that i have no evidence besides my memory, i just let it go.

 

try to switch roles around, it really helps a lot, only if you're rational though
