chelstar Posted March 1, 2006 Posted March 1, 2006 I have been going out with my boyfriend for a little over 2 years now, and his mom used to love me! she would always be like "your the right one for my son" and then about 6 months ago, she started being sooo horrible to me! she said i'm only allowed to spend the night once in a while, and it had been like 3 weeks sinse i spent the night at their house, and so me and my boyfriend both thought it would be ok. and then in the morning, she flipped out saying i dont listen and that i am so disrespectful! and she says mean things about me to my boyfriends friends, something about a free ride. she just tells them how much she doesnt like me! and the thing is...i dont even know what i did wrong! i mean i sent her flowers when i was working at a flower place, and i am always doing nice things! And then today...i dont know if you have heard of the show on mtv "parental control" its where the parents choose 2 dates for the son or daughter to go on because the parents dont like the girl or guy they are actually dating! and then in the end, the guy chooses who he wants to be with! well anyways, she came into his room today and said "you know that show parental control? well i signed you up for it" i thought that was so disrespectful, my eyes were all watery! I love her son more than anything and we make eachother so happy! it hurts me to hear her say things like that! i'm so worried shes gonna try and tear us apart! oh! and she alllways brings up his ex-girlfriend! like saying "shes so cute!" and stuff like that in front of my face! i could go on for days saying all the things she has said to me! so please can someone help me figure this out?!? what should i do? i try to avoid her as much as possible, but i want to try and make things right again! so please help!
