roxy_1980 Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 The guy that I was dating, 6 or so weeks, suddenly says to me "Don't call me anymore" over e-mail and says he has a new girlfriend. (The girlfriend is bogus, we have too many mutual friends that have not heard anything about this new girl). The day before he was begging me to come out to see him (we live 2 hours apart till the end of the school year) and I did come out. What would make a guy do that? We didn't even argue or anything the night before. I'm very confused.
Reckless Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 What would make a guy do that? I have no idea. I'm very confused Yes, that's understanable. Still two things are clear: 1) he doesn't want you to call him. So don't. and 2) he sounds a bit unstable with his bogus girlfriend so while you're NOT calling him you might like to thank your lucky stars you're free of him....
whichwayisup Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Don't call him. He isn't worth calling if one day all seems OK and then the next day he does a 180 on you. I'm sure it is confusing and it hurts, so now matter how hard it is, DO not call him.
Barby Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Yeah I couldn't agree more with the other posters....don't call him seeking explanations or closeure.......besides if he one day seems okay in the relationship and wants to see you, then after 6 weeks out of the clear blue says not to call him..........how could any explanations or anything he has to say be reliable? Thank the heavens this unstable person is gone and good luck, hopefully the next one will be more normal.
