VinaMar Posted February 22, 2006 Posted February 22, 2006 I met a guy recently while looking for a new roommate (he answered my ad online) and our initial roommate meeting went so well, great conversation. He e-mailed a few days later asking for a date instead of having me as a roommate. We went out for dinner, the date was amazing (5 hours of conversation, closed the restaurant down). I didn't hear from him for a week so I e-mailed him asking for the 2nd date. We went out (movie and drinks, went really well, did some kissing at the door). He set up a date for the following saturday and apologized for not getting back to me sooner. Third date-dinner and a movie at my place. This time around we had some pauses in the conversation but it still went good. He fell asleep during the end of the movie, woke up and after some kissing on the couch he yawned (it was 2am) and said he should get home and that he a had a great time. Kiss at the door and now he is going out of state for a week and I haven't heard from him since saturday. Should I find out if he has plans on thursday? Wait until he gets home? The dates go well but in the middle period there isn't a lot going on (he is a full time law student but still). Advice?
Guest Posted February 23, 2006 Posted February 23, 2006 He might just be cautious and not want to move things along too fast. If he is interested, he will invite you out again. But, I don't think there is harm in calling him up in another week or so. I wouldn't be too overly anxious to see him/call him though.
