Hello all I've recently met this girl in one of my college classes and she seems nice and I'm very interested. I was just wondering would it be akward to ask her about her past relationships and what not. Thank you

First, you need to ask her out on a date... Get to know her a little more then you have the conversation about her "ex's"... That is a little personal to bring up with someone she doesn't really know all that well...

So, after you talk to her outside of school a little bit then you should ask her. If you ask her now it will not go over too well...

Take your sweet time, 'cause like agnf666 said, this is personal stuff. And be careful what you ask -- you might get some info. you don't necessarily want to hear. :) Why are you so curious? When I ask about someone's "dating history," it's more to get a sense if they're capable of handling a committed relationship or not. I wouldn't reccommend getting into sexual details or that sort of thing, it might come back to haunt you later. Although you'd probably want to ask when her last relationship was. If it was very recently (such as 2-3 months ago) that she broke up, you might want to reconsider going out with her or at least take things very slowly. Being the rebound person isn't too cool.

Why do you want to know? I mean, if you ask her, be prepared to maybe hear things you don't want to really know about. Unless you're talking about how many sexual partners she's had?

I would wait a while before asking a question like that...It really isn't any of your business to ask and honestly, what difference does it make. You like her for who she is so I think if you ask her it might freak her out and she'll wonder why the 3rd degree.
