I'm 19, and having some trouble getting over my first bf with whom i was for over a year ... i feel so good for parts of the day ... but then night comes, and i dont talk to him like i always used to and ... yuck yuck yuck ... ...

It depends on the individual and the closeness of the relationship. Be kind to yourself and keep busy. Give yourself time to heal from the relationship. If things are particularly sad for you at night, plan to visit friends, read books, watch television or otherwise keep your mind busy so you don't dwell on the past. Day by day, things always get better. You will fully heal with time. But there is no way of knowing just how long it will take.
