TheSwordfish Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 Is send this girl a wonderfull valentines card, but forgotr the stam. According to our postal service two things can happen. A.Nothing will happen, they wont notice and she'll get the card tomorow B.She'll get the card tommorow but with extra port on it...... OUCH!!! Boy do I look cheap, lol
Rosalind Posted February 13, 2006 Posted February 13, 2006 Ha ha....that is funny. Maybe she won't get it, I thought with insufficient postage the letter is returned to sender
Author TheSwordfish Posted February 13, 2006 Author Posted February 13, 2006 There is no sender... lol It would be 20 cents for the stamp, but she doesn't have to pay. There will be a sticker on the enveloppe sayiong she has to.... but if she doesn't no one will do anything about it. On the eneveloppe there's this printed cute bearstamp, hopefully they recognize that one as an official stamp. Well the card and the hints on it were humorous already, but this makes everything rather silly. I hope she likes it though Whatever happens, she won't forget this card My current MSN name is... Ooops, I forgot the stamp. So that is another hint for her. Would you girls laugh about this if it happened to you?
Author TheSwordfish Posted February 15, 2006 Author Posted February 15, 2006 Well to make things more silly..... she is sick, and at her parents place instead of in her own room....
Skeered Posted February 15, 2006 Posted February 15, 2006 I would for sure find this funny...it's not like you meant to forget it and make her pay for it...afterall it's the thought that counts right.. You'll joke about this one for sure...
Author TheSwordfish Posted February 24, 2006 Author Posted February 24, 2006 It arrived without a stamp. She really liked the card. She did thank me three times for it. We had a nice conversations online about it. (We both had the flue). And had a good laugh about it. I was kinda hoping for her to make the next move (a date maybe) but she came up with the idea of meeting me at school again (were I'm a teacher) she wanted to come visit the school (where she used to work) on a day that I am there. It's nice and all but not what I really want to do. Its good to know she wants to see me but I think I'll have to take the initiative. Well, I'm just going to wait a while, and ask her out myself on the day we actually bump into each other
Skeered Posted February 24, 2006 Posted February 24, 2006 Very cool...and take the inititave...go for it...
Author TheSwordfish Posted February 26, 2006 Author Posted February 26, 2006 Finaly have a plan. Because we know each other quite well by now. I reckon going to the movies (short one though), and have a drink after that, isn't a bad idea. I'm just going to ask her if she wants to go. Hope she says yes (never sure though).
Author TheSwordfish Posted February 27, 2006 Author Posted February 27, 2006 Haven't spoken her yet Most girls I know say I should take initiative, and that girls mostly wait for teh man to do so. But hell, I'm not used to that, always had girls going after me, tem asking me to go out...
