guest Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 I met this guy who came into my office last August. I knew I had to know him and e-mailed him and we ended up going from there. We started hanging out and dating, and he told me that he had recently gotten out of a serious 2 year relationship and wanted to take things slow. He also was going to be changing jobs and probably moving temporarily. So we still saw eachother and dated for a couple months and then he moved. After he moved we kind of lost touch, and I just tried to move on. He told me that him and his ex were going to try and work things out. We still talked on occasion and he always asked why I never called him and that he wanted to talk more. So a couple months have gone by since he has moved, and now he has called me again. Him and his ex are totally done and never got back together, and he says he misses me and wants to know how I am. So he has been calling me alot recently, and I am planning a trip with some friends and will be in his area so he wants to see me. I still really like him and have strong feelings for him. But I don't know what he wants from me and why out of the blue he wants to keep in touch with me. I asked him and he got sort of defensive and I kept asking "why?" instead of just enjoying what has been going on, which is what he told me he is doing and what I should do too. I feel like I scared him, and now he won't want to call me anymore. I know he still likes me, I just don't know where he wants things to go, if anywhere. He is a busy guy, just starting his new job somewhere else and all I totally understand. But I just want to know why he is all of a sudden calling me and what I can do to keep him in my life this time without freaking him out? help!
