Found out Husband had an affair with someone he worked with for about 5 months. He apologized and promised to not see/talk to her again, and has even avoided her at work (so he says). He says he does not love her, but obviously was attracted to her, and liked the attention because she listened to him. Says he is sorry, loves me, and wants us to work. We will be going to counseling. So, the question is, how do I trust him? What can he do to make me trust him? And most importantly, how do I tell if he IS still communicating with her? And, how do I know or make sure this does not happen again?
