Its a 50/50 on initiating contact. Everyday. It varies from day to day. 15-20 mins on average. Pretty much everyday. (we love each other very much) Alot. She is my best friend and we get along so perfectly.

Total time is probably about 15-20 mins per phone call. 4. See each other 2-3 times a week depending on work and family/friends schedules. 5. Total time is probably about 24 hours in total. More if it's a weekend I stay over.
Madeleine Posted February 3, 2006 Posted February 3, 2006 1) He initiates around 95% of our contact, but only because he asks before i get the chance to! 2) We talk on the phone every day - probably 75% of the time he calls me as he doesn't get in from work at the same time every day. 3) Calls average 20 - 30 minutes daily. Some days they're shorter, other days they're much longer. We exchange maybe 1 or 2 text messages per day too. 4) On average we spend one or two nights during the week together, plus every weekend. 5) Depends on our work schedules but on average i'd say we spend around 50 - 60 hours per week together. If it's of any relevance to your survey, we're both in our 30's, we've been together for 1 year + 3 months and we live a 30 minute drive apart.

How often do you see each other? How much total time per week do you spend together? Lived with bf almost two years. In our 30's. Initiate contact: He usually initiated because his work schedule varied so much, and it was kind of dangerous for him to answer the phone while working. So he would call when he wasn't in a situation that was dangerous to anyone. Time on phone: at beginning was maybe avg 45mins a day. This past year, average around 10 minutes a day. Sometimes 20-25 mins if a lot of stuff going on. When we fough we didn't talk on the phone at all. He texted me instead. Time together and how often: Varied. Some weeks we saw each other a day and a half tops. Other weeks we spent the whole week together. Depended on his job. Spent the time we had available together. As much as possible. We'd go together to see friends and do stuff. Not seperately. Maybe an average for seeing him would be 3 days a week. His job kept him out a lot.
