kitten chick Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 I generally do Pilates at the gym but I wanted to get some Yoga or Pilates dvds for home. Anyone have any recommendations for good ones?

I also have a personal trainer dvd with Denise Austin ,that i do on the weekends to keep it changed up keep the body guessing..It has Pilates,aeorobics ,weight trainer the works .. I got it at walmart and Denise Austin has yoga as well..

It's great exercise, it's fun, relaxing and stretches out your muscles. You should give it a try. I'm a loss for the at home version though, that's why I posted.

Check out Wei Lana's website (that spelling might be wrong). She has a series of DVD's for yoga. There very good. 1
