AltplanB Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Its amazing to me how much my breakup has affected me. I never forsaw it. It has been the most traumatic thing i have gone through. I know this for sure. I have lost around 25 pounds of muscle that took me 2 years to gain over a period of 3 months. Even though i worked out, i would get this sick feeling in my stomach because my mind wonder when i was eating, not letting me get enough of a calorie intake. I loved this woman very much but when she didnt see me as the one, she moved on very quickly and started dating others. I was devasted. What i guess i am getting at it, how has your breakup affected your body? Have you tried desperatly to keep your health, only to watch it dwindle... Doesn't this make you even more depressed because you are letting them affect you so much and your livelyhood, even without them doing anything. I know it is, and it pisses me off that i let it happen. So, anyone?
fooled Posted January 31, 2006 Posted January 31, 2006 Yes, Alt. I've lost about 15 lbs in a month. Where I had specific food cravings before - now I don't care what I have. Food doesn't seem to have flavor. I haven't even been able to finish a sandwich lately. I have a smoothie with supplements in the morning - then a tiny something that I don't finish for dinner. I think one thing for me is that she and I used to eat A LOT. Thai, Chinese, sushi, Mexican, Indian. I can't bring myself to eat any of those right now. I'm trying to stay as healthy as I can, beings it's flu season.
