kristyk1 Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 What are your thoughts on age difference? I'm 26, he's 19...is it wrong to be interested in someone that much younger? We are not dating or anything...he is just someone I've seen around and am interested in. How do you even pursue something like that?
Guest1 Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I am 21 and my BF is 19, oh well, he looks, thinks and act mature enough, so it doesnt bother me.
Citizen Erased Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 Of course it isn't wrong for you to be interested in him! You are both adults and so I dont see why there should be a problem. If you both dont have a problem with the age then why should anyone else?
Lucasarts Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 heh i love older more mature women and by older i mean no one older then me by 10 yrs unless there was an incredible attraction that could not be denied and i must have her...the point of lusting and loving become the same thing but that hasnt happened....yet
magda Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I guess I am sexist, because I think it's weird for a 26 year old woman to be interested in a 19 year old guy. If you are interested in the sex, that is one thing. I guess I assume a 26 year old woman is ready to settle down and most 19 year old guys still have years of clubbing and bar-hopping yet to go before it loses its glossy appeal. It all depends on the people involved of course. Generally speaking, I am not optimistic.
StKin Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 I can understand your delemna. I am 23 and I am interested in a guy who's 19. I haven't really decided what I am going to do yet though, but everyone around us thinks we are a pretty good fit. But I do have to admit I wonder about the maturity difference sometimes, but he does seem mature for his age.
