blah1234 Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Yup... this is the first full day I've gone without talking to her since (probably) before we started dating two years ago. I cannot stop thinking about her. It's been over two weeks since our break up and she is all I can think about all the time. It's weird knowing that she is "out" but not knowing where she is, what (or who) she's doing, or when she'll be back. Technically we started no contact yesterday, but she showed up to this place that she knew I was going to be. Apparently, mutual friends invited both of us, but I had told her I was going last week and was surprised to see her there. We're going to start talking again next Thursday or Friday to see where things stand. I really wonder if she is thinking about me as much as I'm thinking about her... probably not.
jerbear Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 It is not easy and it maybe time to move on depending on the chat you have with her next thur or fri. Two years is pretty long and NC is hard. Chatting next time can actually bring some closure and let you both know each other stands. As hard as it maybe; lay low, do some NC and self improvement, refocus, and avoid certain common areas till you are over her. If you two have to meet as in same watering holes... just be cordial and friendly. Bring some friends or a "wingwoman/wingman" to help you out of bumping into each other.
