:lmao: He might not have thought so. I think I know just about every cartoon on tv so it's definitely not a cartoon.

See now this is interesting to me. What context does he use it in?

he'll say "Hey Mom ,you remember the seacreaters " and smile

Or " Mom weve got to be really carefull with the seacreaters so we dont hurt them "

and he whispers about them. He tells his friends about them or his brothers ,but will not give a description or draw a picture. His brothers come to me to find out what the seacreaters are.I dont know

Were you fishing or by the ocean or does he have a friend with like seahorses or something??? Sea Critters????

Finally an interesting topic and I'm leaving work. dammit!

I have , this is why Ive resorted to posting it on ls.He just acts like Im pretending not to know what they are. But he wont describe or draw any pics. The Seacreaters thing has been ongoing here since the beginning of summer .He just says "you know Mom'

Maybe hes getting one over on me. Anybody else have a 5 y/o that would make up stuff just to confuse his parents?

Crafty indeed he is. He told me privatly that when his dad takes his toys away from him , he hides his dads stuff in the bottom of the trash can. So yes crafty , and the more I think about it the more I'm beginning to think this is just a big Aaron (his name ) joke on Mom.

Or sea-creating? Which also makes sense with regards to the craters. As water goes to the lowest spot available. Craters are perfect for that.

sounds to me like he was really impressed with the crater, or something to do with the crater, and has heard or thinks he has heard the word 'seacreater' and is now using it to describe an imaginary friend or friends. the way he's telling you to be careful not to hurt them sounds familiar.

my li'l brother had an imaginary friend called 'paper rack'.

or maybe the crater wasn't made by a meteor at all. maybe it was made by an alien spaceship whose occupants are only visible to little kids, and these critters have taken a shine to him and come home to live with you. if he starts sneaking into the garage/shed/attic in the middle of the night, better follow him.
