Ladies and Gentlemen, wake up !!!!

Hi guys,

Just a quick post to give you a couple of advices if you are going through a hard time because of a break up.

 

A break up is hard...really hard. In most cases, it is unexpected. From one day to another, all the attention and time you would put into that other person is available and you shouldnt wase that time !

 

Some will go out more than usual and try to pick up...kind of good solution to bring back the confidance but ay, do you really think you gonna meet a GIRLFRIEND in a club ? At the best, a one night stand that will make you as happy as a drug (and we know that with drugs, what there is always a come down!!!). I think you should still go out from time to time but not with the intention to meet someone because it won't happen. And please, DO NOT DRINK !!! Your body is already fragile and you don't need to make it worth because you will wake up one day 3 months later thinking "hell, I lost 14 pounds???" the way I did.

 

Try to go to the gym and improve yourself instead, force yourself to go on a diet if you feel you need to lose weight....force yourself to eat a balance diet if you feel you need to put on weight. Try to hang out with friends. Try to do what you always wanted to do (collecting rocks, teaching dogs to swim...i dont know anything ;-)

 

The results ? 3 months later, you will wake up with a healthier body, a healthier mind. At this point, the pain in your heart might still be here but you won't feel like you have wasted your time.

 

What you really need to do is learn to control these hormones !!!!!!
