I am a carer for a disabled gentleman. I occasionally take him to a daycentre.  There is a relatively new member of staff working there, I have seen her there maybe 6 times maximum but this is probably over a 3 month period as I only take my client there occasionally. Initially she showed no interest but this week it was quite obvious she was into me, commenting on how good my wink was and when my client tried trading her saying she was my favourite she responded that it should be the other way round. I also caught her checking me out. So I basically chickened out of asking her out, not necessarily because I am scared of the rejection but more so bec this is both of our place of work and I am apprehensive of making things awkward. So I guess my questions are should I have gone for it and is it too late to go for it when I see her next time.
