Depends on why she's crying. If it's because she's a whining sook who uses tears to manipulate other people into feeling sorry for her, your response should be to completely ignore her. If it's because you, or someone else, has been mean to her, you should comfort her, apologise if it's called for, and help try to fix whatever she's upset about.
