I am confined to my desk for most of the day. I try to get in the gym at night, but my schedule sometimes poses conflicts as I go to school at night. I feel like my legs are getting no exercise whatsoever! Is there anything I can do while at work? Any suggestions as to what might work? Thanks!

Google 'desk exercises'. There's lots of sites - even some with little mini-videos to show you how to do the exercises.
