NY - Pennsylvania Meetup???

this is my first time posting to this forum.

I have been talking to a trans (FtM) person who lives down near the PA-Maryland border while I am in Upstate NY near Binghamton. We have been in talks by meeting up in Knoebels but I have a problem. I can't drive because I am almost 20 and they are nearly 25 I believe. not a huge age difference in my opinion but I wanted to know some ways of getting me down there?
