Arran Posted October 4 Posted October 4 I love my gf and I'm sure she loves me. We've been together for nearly a year and we've been good. She wants us to get more intimate but I'm worried that things will change if we do.

I don't understand how we can help if we don't know what you mean by 'intimate' or what you fear that it would change between you.
glows Posted October 5 Posted October 5 Well, sex is a bonding experience especially if you’re both emotionally vulnerable and authentic with one another. Since you said you love her that’s obviously the case so I see why you’re anxious. You should talk things over with her and ask her what being more physical means or what having sex means to HER. It might help to hear what she’s expecting out of it and clear up any questions or issues both of you have.
