i hate being not fat

some one help...

 

ok im not fat im underweight for my age and i hate it cos im tall and that makes me lankey and i hate that to and i dont think my girlfriend likes skinny guys and me being skinny might put her off me :( so can anyone tell me anyways of puttin on weight or muscle easy and fast e.g what foods to eat

its kinda getting to me :(

Join a gym and start building up muscle. You need to bulk up abit, without getting fat. Talk to your DR about it too.

 

The other thing is, your girlfriend should love you the way you are. Has she actually said that she doesn't like skinny guys or is this what you feel she MAY think?

 

Talk to her, it seems she is doing something to make you feel this way.

Hon, I'm assuming you were skinny when your Girlfriend started goign out with you - why would she suddenly stop liking you, if you've always been this way?

 

And if YOU really want to change then change for YOU. I'm doing weight-loss at the minute but I'm doing it for no one but me.

Protein grows muscle

 

dont overdo it though, b/c it can totally throw off how your body consumes energy, and lead to organ problems.

 

Too many companies and 'trainers' dont handle this muscle/mass building very safely, so be careful to not fall into a trap that will harm you. You can usually tell its unhealthy if it promises to do it in a short time span (like a few weeks)

 

I was formerly a nutrition major, so I dont know everything. But I do know that protein should be increased, but carbs should be as well. B/c thats what your body burns first, and if youre burning off all of your protein, then it wont build your muscle.

 

Fats and veggies too...obviously.

 

If you want to gain weight, make sure youre consuming more calories than youre burning, duh....sorry to state obvious things, but I dont know how much you know about stuff like this.

Do you have good posture? Do you slouch over when you walk or stand or sit?

 

Hold your head up and walk around with confidence in the way you look. A big part of physical attraction is attributed to how you carry yourself. If you walk with confidence in your appearance most people will see that before they notice how skinny you are, and lanky probably wouldn't enter their minds.

eat a well balanced diet, with lots of carbs, aka breads and pasta. I would also take daily vitamins for men NOT steriods. they have vitamins for men who want to build up muscle. work out, exercise.

I dont recommend breads/pastas for gaining weight....your body will burn it fast. The body first burns carbs, then protein, then fat.

 

I eat breads/pasta AAALLLL the time, and I'm 5'6" 108-110lbs....so carbs wont put on weight
