We all go through times in our lives when we are not working out at all, or when we do we tend to change our workout routines.  At the moment, I alternate between yoga and pilates (one one day, the other the next) as my daily workouts.  I do it at home on YouTube channels that I like.  At other times, depending on my mood, I will do distance walking, aerobics, weights, swimming, spinning, etc.  I'm sure I am not alone in this.

What are others doing at the moment for their exercise? What have you done in the past? Is there something you always wanted to try but haven't?

Right now it's too hot. I don't do well with heat so movement and exercise tend to fall to the side. LOL.

Otherwise I just kept it basic. I walk. I find every reason I can to get out and move instead of spending all my time in front of a screen. Walk for at least an hour a day .

I also enjoy swimming.
