jasmine111 Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 says they really, really like someone, but doesnt know anything about them. This guy keeps telling me he's very, very, unbelievably attracted to me and not just physically. but then he keeps saying how i keep putting up a front and how he wants to know me and he knows nothing about me, so how can he like me so much? He says that he can sort of read me and knows whats in me or something like that... anyways i want to be able to tell him this, i just need to put it into words. Isnt there like a word or saying for someone who does this? is he in over his head? blind love?
witabix Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Its called infatuation Jasmine. He is infatuated with you, or should I say, with what he thinks you are. From an impression he has generated in his head. Don't get me wrong here BTW, I do not know you, and I am not saying he has no reason. People do this for a lot of reasons.
7on Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Ah yes infatuation. I've been affected by that many times. It might have something to do with pheromones or something.
magda Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Yes, infatuation. He's in love with HIS "idea" of you, not the real you.
