jen_jen_heartbroken Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Has anyone ever had a sinus infection, the flu, pneumonia or a chest infection that was so bad it made you feel nauseous all the time? I've tried everything to fight off this pukey feeling and it just won't go away.
JadeStar Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 Have you been to the doc yet? Ginger is supossed to help settle nausea. You might could get some ginger herb tea, might help. Jade
lilmoma1973 Posted January 15, 2006 Posted January 15, 2006 I know when my sinus drains leave a nasty taste in my mouth and makes me feel nauseous .. Ginger is the best like Jade said they recommend it to pregnant women !! Never had pneumonia so can't tell ya .. Could be all that congestion making you feel that way ..You could call the dr cause im sure you have already been to the dr maybe your antibotic is doing it.. Hope you feel better soon Jen
Author jen_jen_heartbroken Posted January 15, 2006 Author Posted January 15, 2006 Thanks guys. I will see if I can find some ginger tea. Just have the Earl Grey tea I've been drinking. I'm on all kinds of meds right now for the sinus infection, pneumonia and for rheumatoid arthritis. I'm probably just sick from all the drugs and the fact that my head keeps draining no matter how much I blow my nose. I've been sick for ten days. I'm just worn out.

Author jen_jen_heartbroken Posted January 15, 2006 Author Posted January 15, 2006 It's hard for me to rest. I hate being cooped up at home, and I can't have visitors cause I'll get them sick. Read all my unread books, and unwatched DVDs. Going a bit insane. May have to go out for a bit, go to the store or something, now that I can stand up without feeling like fainting. Just have to remember not to touch anything or breathe on anyone....I'd hate to get anyone sick. Hee hee. I just noticed I committed my own pet peeve in the previous post. I said thanks guys.
