How do you deal with girl who is frequently late to dates?

How do you nicely but firmly tell her to respect your time and please be on time?

I guess you could try and address it with an 'I statement'.    "I feel X when you're late because it seems like you don't respect my time".   

But honestly, when someone shows you who they are, believe them.   This woman is likely chronically late for everything, and this isn't something which can easily be changed

I had a friend in college that was late for everything. Personally I think she had ADD. Everyone said she had too many irons in the fire, and no concept of time. She was always distracted by something.The secret is to tell them to be ready at an earlier time. That's how we dealt with her and it worked. So if you are to meet up a 6:00 pm for dinner at your parents house, you tell them 5 or 5:30.

I'd tell her that I notice the pattern, and it doesn't work for me. She gets to decide whether she wants to date me again or not, but if she's more than 10 minutes late for the next one, she foots the whole bill.

Exactly how late are we talking about? The OP never mentions that? Is it just five minutes or so or half an hour or more? Lots of people are a few minutes late as dating isn't something you are getting paid for and there is no time clock. Is this lady legitimately late or is she just a few minutes late and it's just something the OP doesn't have any tolerance for?

I have a friend who was always late for everything - it made me very angry because I felt it was very disrespectful of my time. 

She met a man who must have voiced his displeasure and clearly made a point because she is always on time now… and if she is late, she apologizes profusely.
