australian guy Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 recently i went to the computer to find that my dad(step dad) was logged on which is unusual because he usualy locks it, anyway i opened up the internet and as i started typing in some web pages various pornography sites would pop up begining with each letter i typed in, this was hard even though iv read alot of u dont have a problem with porn, but i come from a christian family and have looked to my step dad as sum1 who came and saved the family, and though i know he cant be perfect it feels like he is cheating on my mum...i would think it was some mistake but a few years back wen i was home sick i thought i caught my dad masturbating over porn but convinced myself it was sumthing else cause i didnt wana believe it, and i just forgot about it, but now its al come back and i dont know what to do, but i dont know if i can confront him because if it is al a mistake i would realy regret bringing it up...
whichwayisup Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Don't bring up the past, just stick to what you saw on the computer when you typed in the letters and porn names popped up. Let him know how you feel about it.
Roo-bie2 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 What is wrong with masterbating? So you caught your dad in a private act. GET OVER IT. As for the porn on the computer it would depend on what type. No body is perfect. The church is made of sinners not saints. Your step-dad is a sinner just like you are.
Astarte Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 Apart from my opinion, that porn is mostly cheap and ridiculous crap, what's wrong if your Da looks at it ? And masturbates ? You should try it, playing with oneself is absolutely beautiful. And relaxing. And - by the way - very healthy.
Lil Honey Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 AG: I doubt that it's a mistake. I don't know much about the "driving force" behind looking at porn, so even if you did confront him, he may not stop. However, you might want to simply tell him that you were on the computer the other day and "disturbing things" kept popping up. Bring it to his attention that your mom could do the same thing, see what you saw and be very hurt.
