We have been having sex and doing some other things that aren't quite sex but are still frowned upon by parents. Anyway. we were cought with the door locked by her 23 year old brother who knew we were up to something. He told her mom but we have all gotten over that day. Recently her mom found out she came home drunk from my house and she wasnt too happy about that. And just a week ago she found a condom wrapper in her sheets when she washed them. The problem is that it wasnt ours. we have never had sex in her house. And her older sister whos bed is attached next to hers doesnt admit to using it. So i was at work today and i got a phone call from her house, but she was at school. It was her mom and she was very upset. She wanted to talk to my parents. I have no clue why, cause my parents wouldnt care if i was having sex or not. but she told me if i had something to say to her that i should call her back and tell her. And then i asked if it was about the condom and she said it was. i assured her that we have never had sex but she clearly doesnt believe that. So now she is very mad at me, im going over saturday and i dont know what to do. If she foudn out we had sex she wouldnt let me see her but she knows something is up. My plan is to all three of us sit donw and me tell her we have been doing other things, but we never had sex. I will also tell her that we stopped about 2 weeks ago fooling around becuase we know it was getting out of hand and we want to be responsible about it. I dont know how she is going to react to me saying that to her. I hope she understands. Does anyone think this is a good idea or any other suggestions. We have actualyl decided not to do anyhting in her house ever again, but that still doesnt fix the past. I know we have been pretty irresponsible but how do we gaint he trust back without me getting my A** kicked by her big brothers.
Touche Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Shouldn't you worry about getting arrested? You're a legal adult with a minor. Sending her home drunk is not going to help anything either. I don't know how you can really fix this. Sounds like her parents don't trust you.
justagirliegirl Posted January 12, 2006 Posted January 12, 2006 Why not just tell the truth? If you are old enough to be having sex then you are old enough to be a man and tell the truth. Naturally her parents would be worried. They don't want her to be pregnant at the age of 16! What type of birth control are you and your gf using?

But i belive i am gonna come clean this weekend.I dont think we are even going to have the oppertunity to have sex anymore so thats not a problem as of now. And we used condoms at the time.

But you have to except the consequence for the things you do !! If you are able to im sure it will be alot of supervision in your future..

Roo-bie2 Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 You need to look up romeo/juliet laws. Most age of consents have "exceptions" to the rule. I googled age of consent NJ it is 16.
Tangerina Posted January 13, 2006 Posted January 13, 2006 I know in my state it depends on how many years apart you are... like it is legal for 2 14 year olds to have sex together but not a 14 and 18 year old... I think that 16 and 18 is ok, though.... do other states have these gradiated rules? It makes sense because for example my ex was 3 months younger than me and it would have been silly if it suddenly because illegal for the three months until he was 18 as well.
