Is it odd that my teen son stashes salt & vinegar crisps in his room...for "historica

my question is....what are these crisps? All i can think of is something like Pringles! Someone explain!

 

Crisps, are chips in England. (Many British folk say chips are actually what we call fries.)

Thanks WWIU...I realize now.....I guess I knew that....just wasn't registering at the time....

 

I find it an odd thing to stash though, my aunt used to collect the tabs off pop cans and so I started to too...when I was like 7....then someone told me they meant something and I stopped.....

 

I collected Simpson's cards and x-files stuff myself....but never food....that i wasn't going to eat...
