Ok I had two interesting things happen yesterday at work. One coworker came up and side hugged me for a while, we were just standing and waiting to speak to a manager like that for a while. She wanted to swap locations with me so I would be warm and inside.. later that night we were talking and she caressed my elbow. I don't even know her that well, I just small talked her the other night.

The second encounter was with another coworker and we were talking about how cold she is and she told me to feel her hand so I just lightly touched the top of her hand, but she wanted me to hold her hand, palm to palm, so I could see how cold she is. Is this flriting?

It might be flirting.  It's also possible that she's very touchy-feely.

She does seem very touchy now that I know her better. I'm more attracted to the second girl.

Neither of those situations are technically flirting and more just an indication that they feel comfortable talking to you.

Some people just enjoy having friendships at their place of work. Rather they want to be around those people outside of the office is usually another matter entirely.

I would say yes...you must be the newest stud muffin in the office.

Too early to tell. Some women are just naturally nice and lightly flirty with pretty much everyone. Others just like physical contact without implying anything sexual. Then there is the type that enjoys hints and semi-seductive gestures without necessarily wanting to take it further. Those who give you those long looks, place their faces really close to you when talking, and whose every word feels like double entendre.

The only way to know is to decide which of those two you like, and ask her out.
