ChrisMas Posted January 8, 2006 Posted January 8, 2006 I've known my sister's bestfriend for a long while now and have recently developed a crush on her. I'm a goodlooking guy and under regular circumstances have no problems getting a female that I'm interested in. Her and I have been hanging out alot as of recent and have always had a good "friendly" relationship but the two main problems I'm having are 1. How do I get the whole "you're my bestfriends brother" out of her head to give me a chance, and 2. I can't come out and let her know how I feel b/c she's one of those many females that "love the chase" and isn't interested in a guy that is interested with her. If anyone has advice for me it would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't be at all surprised to find that her friendship with your sister may be more important to her than a date with you. Nothing wrong with that. 2. I can't come out and let her know how I feel b/c she's one of those many females that "love the chase" and isn't interested in a guy that is interested with her. It seems to me like you have two choices: 1 - ask your sister about her friend, 2 - just ask the girl out one day.
