How do you say sorry to your friend? I abused a woman over Facebook. How can I write a letter to say sorry? Can I regain trust

You send her a very simple message saying something like "I'm very sorry I spoke to you that way on Facebook."   Then leave her alone.  If she wants to be friends with you she will let you know.
