Georgia46 Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 Oooo so that’s a big age gap!!! while you’re probably thinking how much fun it would be - I would leave her alone with her boyfriend. she’s really only a kid.

I don't think that should be a problem, my eldest brother is 53, and his wife is 37. They have been together for 15 years, 2 children together. An uncle of mine is 75, and his wife is 52, they have been together for 27 years, 3 children. And my soon-to-be ex is 7 years younger.

Sorry, a bit unclear, my brother and uncle are still together with their wives.
Georgia46 Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 Possibly not I but if it was ME it would be too big of an age gap. You’re at different life stages.

Georgia46 Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 I suppose it’s up to you. your current relationship would you mind if it ended?

No, absolutely not! My future ex has been a real b**** for a year now. Normally I am very faithful in a relationship. But we're breaking up anyway.
Georgia46 Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 If that’s the case then and you don’t mind the age gap, go for it. I’m just curious why have you stayed for a year if she’s so bad?

I’m just curious why have you stayed for a year if she’s so bad? That's because we have two children and an owner-occupied house together. I hoped for a long time that things would turn out well, but, that didn't happen Edited September 22, 2024 by Martin D
Georgia46 Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 Oh right so it’s a serious relationship. do you think it’s good for you to go straight from one relationship into another?

No, that's not the intention, because I don't even know if that young woman wants a relationship or something else!
Georgia46 Posted September 22, 2024 Posted September 22, 2024 I think I’d just end things with my current relationship have a little chill for a while and then see how it all goes 1
