In August, I took a college course where I had a good time chatting with this girl (Julie) who I had know for about a year. I had known she was kind of interested in me but the opportunity never came around for me to take advantage of the situation. Anyways, from the first day of the class we really hit it off. Actually, she was pretty much doing most of the flirting. Each class enhanced the level of flirting and interest by her in me. It started off with her asking me direct questions about my life (where I lived, what I was doing over the summer, etc)…then it evolved into teasing each other and joking around, into her stroking my arm. She also seemed to come to class early just to talk to me. About three quarters into the course, I asked her out. She rescheduled the date as she would keep rescheduling them for the remainder of the course. What was more weird was that she continued to flirt, though she no longer sat next to me, she gave me prolonged stares, bumped into me in passing, asked me how I was. The course ended and I thought that was that. Someone I knew later told me she had a boyfriend and she was in the process of breaking up with him. I then sent her an email stating that what she did wasn’t right, that she should have told me she had a boyfriend off the bat. I heard she broke up with her boyfriend at the beginning of September and started to stalk me online, it’s a bit hard to explain (easier if you have aol and know about buddy lists). We both have AOL. She would go online at my “online times”. When I would change the time I went online..she would inevitably find me and the stalking would continue. I occasionally sent emails saying hi without any response. However, today, after four months of this crap, she sent an email asking me out. I do not know what I should do? I like her. But, is this girl just too flaky? Any opinion on the matter would be great. Anyway, she is 23 years old and I am 29 Thanks.
