I feel so trapped. I have filed for divorce and have placed the house up for sale. Husband does not want to sale the house, get a divorce, or move out of the house. He is living with me and the children being verbally and physically abusive to me. I have filed a protective order against him, however, I have not served him because I'm trying to consider the feelings of my children.

I need some advise.
