renaldoaoa Posted December 22, 2005 Posted December 22, 2005 Ive been dating this girl for about 3 years and she cant seem to open up to me. In fact, she wont open up to anyone. She holds things in until they blow up and she ends up blowing up at me or other people. She realizes what she is doing but for some reason, she has no idea why/how she can be open. This situation makes herself not feel good about herself and in turn makes the rest of us not feel good as well. I've spent a great deal of time trying to let her understand that she can talk to me, and weve made "some" progress, but nothing like it should be. Any ideas on how to approach her on this? BTW. She wants to be open, so I figure maybe there is something I can bring up or throw at her that might make her think without giving it away. Any ideas?
