Most probably pinworms. You find out if this is the case by simply checking your ahem 'stools' for the worms themselves. about 1/2 cm long and thin, white.

 

As said, spread by eggs getting under nails and getting in mouth, effectively strarting the process over again. If so start washing up and change your sheets as the eggs will be there too.
