Just 2 weeks ago I had a big fight about her being BS about telling me about new guys when asked not to (3 times) and for basically disrespecting me. Told her she wasn't my friend and hung up and have had NC ever since. Tonight her mom instant messages me randomly for no reason (ex's screenname is blocked [she cant see me online nor can I see her]). Only way she could get my screenname is via my ex. Only talked about casual things, no mention of the ex from either the whole convo. She's never IM'ed me before and we haven't kept up communication at all since then. Definately not getting my chances up for a 2nd try (not even sure I want it after the crap she did), but am I right for thinking this was fishy?
