The secret to lose weight is to not stress out. Don't coun't carbs like crazy, just cut junk food, sodas and stuff that you know have a huge amount of things that make us fat. Losing weight is not about eating less but eating properly. Just excersice at least 4 times a week, at least one hour cardio(aerobics, dancing, running, etc). Eat at least 6 times a day and stop eating at least 2 hours before going to sleep. I eat from 5 to 8 times a days and excersice from 4 to 5 days a week and let me tell you that I control my weight really well. If you want to lose even more weight then just add more excersice to your plan. If you eat less your metabolism gets used to that amount of food, so if one day you eat more than what you usually do, trust me you will gain twice as much weight. Bottom line, eat healthy several times a day, at least 2 litters of water a day and finally do a lot of excersice. By the way, diet pills don't work, unless you go to the gym everyday

Thanks i was thinking about eating something every 3 hours would that work?

 

The thing is after the new year there is a staff do.I was wondering if theres any low fat sort of alcholic drinks you can have.I heard vodka and diet iron bru isnt as fattening.
