I met this girl at school and i like her alot whenever i try to ask her out i cant and i cant think of something to say please tell me something

Notice something different about her one day.. maybe how she does her hair and comment on that.. compliment her and start there..

 

Or ask her if she has any brothers or sisters that go to the school.. something simple..

 

Or as JS has hinted about find out her interests and ask her about one of them..
