sara20 Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 I'm 53 and at the moment i weigh 100. The most i weighed is 112. However - even though i weigh 100 pounds - i have a belly and i hate it...i think i always had it as a child..i dont remember. its in my genes i guess..i wanted to know how i can get rid of it..i did join a gym and i use the tread cycle for 30 minutes..u then use the leg curl as well for 2 minutes...i do lift weights for 5 minutes...but im not sure how long i should do each exercise? Im also tryin to eat as much protein i can. what else should i do?
justagirliegirl Posted December 25, 2005 Posted December 25, 2005 Sounds like your weight is fine but you need to firm up. Weight training will help a lot. Try something like Body for life, kathy smith, or joyce vedral weight training dvds. Those things will show you how to work your entire body and long enough to make a difference.
