But im guessing it's a similar situation to keeping friends of the opposite sex around. I've been seeing this girl for quite some time, but on our last date we were talking about the kind of relationship between us. She spilled the beans and wanted to be honest with me. She said before she met me she was seeing this guy for about a year. And at the same time communicating with her EX in another country while seeing this guy. im not sure but i think she and that guy is on some kind of "break". But since me and her have been dating, when she's with that guy, she thinks of me. And she has barely or not at all speaking with the EX since going out with me. It must constitute to seomthing if a person keeps in contact with the ex?
Kitteney Posted December 13, 2005 Posted December 13, 2005 i guess it all depends. i keep in contact with two of my many ex's. one is someone that i just dated a few times after my divorce. i keep in touch because of our professional relationship and i keep things to a minimum when we have contact. i also keep in contact with my ex husband--we have legal guardianship of his mother, so most of our contact has to do with her care. as far as calling up an old flame to shoot the breeze and have a few laughs, nope, doesn't happen. if i really needed to shoot the breeze and laugh it up with him, i'd probably still be with him.
