I'm trying to figure out my healthy weight.. I'm 16 years old and 5'5".

The thing is-- I have almost DD breasts (and did have before I gained weight over the last 2 years) and am worried that when I lose the weight, my chest will remain the same (or worse-- possibly look bigger because my body will be smaller). Is there something specific I can do to prevent this?

Anyone know a healthy weight for me?

Your boobs definitely won't stay the same size if you lose weight. Unless they're made of silicone.

They say a healthy weight for women is 100 lbs for 5" and 5 lbs per inch for each inch so you'd be 125 but because you're younger, probably you'd be fine at 115 or a little lower. What's most important these days is your waist-to-hip ratio. Here's a bit of info and some calculators

Would you pictures of your self emphasizing your DD breasts for me to clinically determine your proper weight?
