We dated for one day and she said let's just be friends. She never even kissed me. But she told people that until she kisses someone, she doesn't know if she likes them. So, should I just try to kiss her and see what happens? Will this hurt our friendship? Can she press charges or something?

You need to remove ANY an ALL thinking that you will be with this person romantically. 1 date .. let her go.. she doesn't think about you the same way you think about her.. in this type of thing you must always be the bigger person and forget about her in that way Sorry
