justsomeguy Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 A weird thing just happened. And for some reason I want to put it here. I Just got some food and was in line behind a girl, she looked pretty nice. She glanced at me a few times and looked over when I placed my order. I got my food and was going to take it back to my room. When I noticed she sat down right at the table near the line facing me and smiled. I decided to ask her if I could join her and I felt totally comfortable doing that for some reason. But I walked passed her table and walked out the door and threw out the stupid sauce bowl they gave me that I don't like. The whole time I felt this strange feeling I was doing something wrong, but ignored it. I walked back in the other doors and went to the table where she just sat down and she was gone, I looked all around and she wasn't at any of the tables. She had left after I walked out without even eating. I was going to sit down right away, but thought it didn't matter. Was it a coincidence. I don't know, but it made me think.
Neptune Posted December 10, 2005 Posted December 10, 2005 It was for real , in my opinion. I think life gives us a lot more chances than we take. Some of us guys are stuck with low confidence, self esteem, belief in ourselves, whatever it is. And it costs us dearly with women. I have had the same sort of thing happen to me. As you can see, you only have a moment to react. So why is it so difficult? I still can`t really explain it. But, it sort of makes you wonder what it would be like had you seized the opportunity. The thing is, what have you got to lose? And look at what you have to gain. So, I feel your pain.
Author justsomeguy Posted December 10, 2005 Author Posted December 10, 2005 Honestly I think I was trying to decide if I wanted her. If not I wasn't going to bother talking to her. Then I said what the heck its fun anyway, and she was gone.
