Author loony Posted December 9, 2005 Author Posted December 9, 2005 Unless you're talking about neuro-linguistic programming but even that is subtle. It's not like it will give you jedi mind powers over someone. Tell me more about this.
JS17 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 You want to seduce a woman? Just lie to her. I was wondering why nobody had said this yet. Men do it constantly to get women into bed amongst other things. You all know what we want to hear. I'd be shocked if someone could honestly say they haven't said those things when they didn't mean it to get what they wanted from a woman.
elijahBailey Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Personally, with women, you need to let them know as early as possible that you dig them..... and then maintain the mystery between you and her. Never let her feel that she knows you. As an example, after she knows you like her, in her conversations she'll subtlely compliment herself and expect you to agree with her. Surprise her ..... tease her and tell her she's delusional. Be as funny as possible and never sound too serious. Always keep her wondering whether she's really 'got you in her bag'. And when she's too demoralized after you stop complimenting her, start to bring up her good points again. At the same time, when she's got personal problems, be as attentive and sympathetic as possible. These things work because women compete for the attention of men. If she thinks she's 'got' you, she'll move to the next one. You're another of her conquest. But, so long as she feels she's not 'got' you, she'll keep working for you.
a4a Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Surprise her ..... tease her and tell her she's delusional. Be as funny as possible and never sound too serious. Don't forget to tell her she is psycho too......women love it! Tell her she is retarded and then smile and giggle? And when she's too demoralized after you stop complimenting her, start to bring up her good points again. Yes most womens self worth lies soley on how you feel about her... is the "give and take" so many speak of in relationships? give a compliment then take it back? These things work because women compete for the attention of men. If she thinks she's 'got' you, she'll move to the next one. You're another of her conquest. But, so long as she feels she's not 'got' you, she'll keep working for you. Is this not the same thing women do to men...... but that would be a c*ck tease? Lots of women want sex without strings attached. Why bother going through all this BS and hard work just to get laid? Rent a porn instead.... a4a
elijahBailey Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Yes most womens self worth lies soley on how you feel about her... is the "give and take" so many speak of in relationships? give a compliment then take it back? Man, you're not gettin' it. It's not even a relationship yet. Lots of women want sex without strings attached. Why bother going through all this BS and hard work just to get laid? Yer speaking for the female species? :lmao: BS??? Really?........ Alright, if you say so.

Wait a minute....I've gone out on dates with guys like this, and decided not to see them again because - well, no offence, but I thought they were wankers. Anyone who waits until I seem demoralised - then, and only then, sees fit to say something nice is likely, in my view, to be a toxic presence in my life. The sort of person who'll "reward" me for getting demoralised and putting myself down. That can slowly drain a person's confidence away. That's not meant to offend you, EB. From your posts, I haven't got the impression you're that sort of guy at all..but I'm just curious about what sort of women would go for this kind of seduction ploy?

lindya Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 What sort of guy? :lmao: Well, the kind of guys I've met who do that are antagonised by confident women. They use the put-down combined with occasional compliments (eg if the woman is getting boringly demoralised) in an attempt to condition their girlfriends into behaving a certain way. I've seen it being done, but I didn't realise it was such a consciously carried out process.
Author loony Posted December 9, 2005 Author Posted December 9, 2005 lindya and elijahBailey, you're talking about this 'cocky and funny' approach, aren't you? I hate it. It's a feeble attempt to substitute substance with "humour"... *yawn*

And I don't see how that should be construed as a ploy. Women do these things too. Men are not oblivious to that

I'm just saying that it's interesting to read about these techniques. I don't know where you get your pick up tricks...

lilmoma1973 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 You want to seduce a woman? Just lie to her. That isn't a good way to keep a woman!! Lies and deception can be bad for a relationship !! Just my 2 cents!!
a4a Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 That isn't a good way to keep a woman!! Lies and deception can be bad for a relationship !! Just my 2 cents!! I don't think the goal is to keep her...... just screw her... a4a
westernxer Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 I don't think the goal is to keep her...... just screw her... That's usually the case.
lindya Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 You must read more about these dating gurus. Get the newsletters. Some also have samples of their books online. I don't want to depress myself. Bad enough that it's now winter Those books sound like the male equivalent of The Rules, and presumably the aim of readers is to seduce "Rules Girls". As far as I can see they're just tactical guides to be used in fighting the war of the sexes...to be utilised only by those who believe such a war is a good thing.
tanbark813 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 Tell me more about this. It's basically using patterns of speech to elicit certain responses or emotions. If you're reading up on Ross Jeffries then you should already know a little about it. He does lots of NLP stuff. I'm sure you can find a lot of info through a Google search.
lilmoma1973 Posted December 9, 2005 Posted December 9, 2005 I don't think the goal is to keep her...... just screw her... a4a LOL!!!
amerikajin Posted January 30, 2006 Posted January 30, 2006 One thing I'll say about RJ and DD is that they at least get their most loyal readers to think of something to do other than to rock on up to a girl with no game or attitude at all. I think if you take these guys literally, you'll fail because this stuff is practiced by people who are scam artists preying on dumb drunk (and despite their testimony to the contrary, in all likelihood, ugly) women in loud, raunchy bars. Doesn't take much skill to get one of those in the sack. What does take skill is to get the woman you've got a crush on who barely knows your name to start taking an interest in you - enough interest to want to allow you into her most sacred temple. That's not so easily done. Frankly, I've only done it a handful of times. I'll put it this way: seduction's like simple algebra. If x= female's interest and y=man's seduction skills, then you have to acknowledge there are times when a man is just plain s*** outta luck - even if he is Ross Jeffries...if x=0, then so is the sex quotient.
